Pepper oil (or pepper powder)
Chili oil (or chili powder)
sesame oil
salt
Vegetable oil
soy sauce
Black pepper (can be omitted)
--practice--
❶Wash the greens and shiitake mushrooms and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
❷Turn on high heat, pour vegetable oil into the pot, add mushrooms and greens, stir fry, pour in light soy sauce, stir fry and turn to medium heat.
