TEN HOT NOODLE SOUPS OF CHINESE CUISINE:OF Fives

 Hot noodle soup, a piece of pasta that can't be done at home. It is not as salty and fragrant as fried noodles, and it is not as exquisite as simmered noodles. Naturally, it does not make people feel happy when eating small noodles. But many people are attracted by the warm noodles and thick soup. Some people say that a bowl of hot noodle soup cooked in broth is better than any delicacy when you are hungry. In fact, the charm of hot noodle soup does not need to be reflected in "dashi soup". You can make a fragrant and moving hot noodle soup with common ingredients at home.


- Sesame Oil Yangchun Noodle -

Yangchun noodles are not just the memories of many people's hometown. A handful of Yangchun noodles, a few drops of sesame oil, and a few green vegetables. I never thought that the hometown taste is so easy to get.

❶ Boil water and add some salt. Blanch cooked small vegetables.


❷Below the bar, often order some cold water. Keep it boiling. Cook until the noodles are soft and cooked.


❸Put light soy sauce and sesame oil in a large bowl, and pour it into boiling water (not water for cooking noodles). Add the noodles and small green vegetables.


--Tips--


❶The noodles here (commonly known as water noodles) are divided into two types: alkali and no alkali. The color of alkali is yellowish and it is not easy to boil. My family likes to eat without alkali.
