❶Mushrooms, kelp, and ginger add appropriate amount of water and boil for 20 minutes to form a broth. Melt 2 tablespoons of miso into the pot.


❷ Cut tofu into pieces, shred shiitake mushrooms, pour a little soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well, and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.


❸Boil the noodles in brine, and put a handful of kale before serving.


❹Drain the noodles and pour the broth, add tofu and mushrooms, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
